Memorial Day!

a> Yarmouth had it's 'huge' parade that took all of about 15 minutes!! It seemed unusually small this year. I didn't get pictues of all the things in it, but it was small. I got the grave site decorated this year on time! I didn't put a flower on Grandpa's or Edmond's because I thought the military would put a flower on the graves. They have in the past. I'll have to put one on each grave site this week. I hope everyone had a nice memorial weekend and let us never forget the sacrifices that our men and women have given for our freedom!

Erin's Graduation!!!!

Erin graduated from Suffolk University today. It was held at the old Boston Garden, where the Celtics played all those fabulous games. Bill Russell, who played for the Celtics was the keynote speaker. I got his picture on the jumbotron. George, JoAnna, myself and Erin's friend, Mimi went to watch the ceremony and then went to a late lunch. It was a good time. Congrats Erin! Good Job!! Grandma Watson would have been as pround and happy today as we are!!

Suzanne took pictures of her grandchildren on Mother's Day and at Zeppelin's First Communion. They are growing so fast! Indigo tries hard to keep up with her big brother and sister. It's easy to spot Zeppelin with that blonde hair!

George's surprise dinner!

Last Sat. night, George's shift gave him a surprise dinner and a gift. They wanted me to arrange to get him there. I got Jeff Fournier (he's the guy who has George go to Wisconsin and get fire trucks!) to call and ask us to dinner at 7:00 Sat night. George was completely surprised. This isn't his big retirement dinner, just his shift (they said they were getting tired of waiting for the retirement dinner)! JoAnna and Erin also got to go and we all had a good time. They gave him this beautiful horn with a nice plaque on it saying it was from B shift.
