More beautiful quilts from our quilt show! The blue one that looks like the squares are floating got the most comments from the visitors! Everyone loved the blue!

Our 2009 Quilt Show!

Our Cape Cod Quilter's Quilt Show was yesterday and today at the Cultural Center. I worked Fri to help set up all the quilts. I've heard from many people that the show is a great success! Seasealia ( a paper mache mermaid made by our member, Joan Hitchcock) is the hit of our show. She's perfect there with all her seashells and netting. My Spinning Circles quilt looks nice hanging there and I love the blue and yellow in the bottom quilt.

We only had a few quilts for Show & Tell at our quilt guild, but, once again, the ladies have done a wonderful job!! Luanne's is first and then Millie with her hat that she made and her 'paper doll' quilt that has interchangeable dresses. Then Sunny's musical quilt with all those squiggly lines is for her grandson the musician. And Maryanne's 'Seasons of the Cape' quilt is magnificent! Our quilt show is Oct 10th & 11th at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod.
