Quilts for Charity

Both quilts were given to a 'Children in Need' charity. The motorhome group that we belong to has a quilting club called the 'On Road Quilters'. At each rally, they collect quilts that we've made to be given to a charity in the state we are having our rally. Sometimes they are given to the state police to keep in their cars in case there is an emergency involving a child and they feel the child needs a warm cover over them. Sometimes they are given to the Ronald McDonald House in that state. It is usually up to the quilt shop that accepts these quilts to give to the charity of their choice.
I chose the colors because children love bright colors.

Those are really pretty. I can see both of the new quilts posted today, but I went to the longer link that ends with "2005/07/both"... which was in the e-mail this morning announcing the new posting. But, if you just enter www.nutsaboutquilting.blogspot.com you get all of them. Lookin Good!
