Happy New Year!
This is Phoebe's new 'baby'! Isn't he cute!! He's a mini dachshund. He'd just arrived the night she was in the mall and she said she wasn't leaving until they let her take him home. She saved him from the mall. He's a very social little guy.

He's growing up so fast, already housetrained, knows "sit", "stay", and comes (most of the time!) when his name is called. He's fitting right into the routine at the office, and loving every minute of it. His name was chosen to honor Dr. Larry Venezia, who took such wonderful care of my last doxie Heinrich for many years and especially during his last year.

P.S. to my last comment, my new little guy's name is Venice, the English translation of Venezia.
