Sub Shop to be Torn Down!!

This dilapidated old building has been on the trailer park property for many, many years. It was once a thriving general store and then several sandwich shops opened up in it. It has been under a sublease for over 35 years and in poor condition for the last 10 years. We've asked the lessee several times to give up the lease and let us take the building down. Finally, they approved and it was torn down this week. Even though this is what we wanted, it's sad in a way because of so many memories for us. They did a nice job and now we have to continue the fence for a few feet so the park isn't so exposed.
