Canoe and Kayak Race

The Seaside Festival is just about over. It was a 50/50 deal. Saturday the rain held off enough so that the festival could go on. Sunday was raining and a lot of people left the field. Today, it's raining a bit, but the canoe and kayak people don't care about the rain because they'll get wet anyway. We have to go look at Bass River and then we'll make the decision as to whether to hold the race or not. If it's choppy, we won't have it. It it isn't, it's a 'go'. Then it's over for another year!!
