Relay for Life! Cancer Walk!

Our team was involved with Relay for Life cancer walk! They had a survivor dinner on Friday night in the school cafeteria. The luminaria was Friday night at 9:00. All the candles in the white bags were lit, the lights were lowered, soft music was played, and we all walked the track. It was a beautiful, solemn ceremony. Ken Ford won the super hero contest. He's 92 years old and still going strong. Little Matty walked the track too--so cute!!

Quilt for Relay for Life!!

I got my quilt back from the quilters a couple of weeks ago and it has taken me this long to put the binding on. She did a great job with hearts all over it. Now, I'm selling chances on it. We'll be raffling it off on Sat., June 21st.
