More Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner Pics!

Alison and Scott's Wedding!

The wedding was absolutely beautiful! Alison looked lovely. Everyone looked wonderful and happy. We all had a great time. I like this one of Alison and Scott! Perfect!!

Rehearsal Dinner!

We rehearsed several times coming around the garage and up to the deck with Alison and Patrick giving us directions. Alison and Scott provided a wonderful rehearsal dinner for about 30 of us! There was a choice of lobster, steak, or chicken. Friends and family came from near and far. It was so nice to see everyone and have it be such a happy occasion!! Everyone seemed to enjoy it!

Alison's Shower!

Alison's shower was at 11:00am. The tent was decorated beautifully! The tables were decorated with pretty hydrangeas. JoAnna introduced the bridesmaids and the matron of honor. The food was great! She got lots of lovely presents. I made her a quilt. Everyone seemed to have a good time. Even after the huge storm last night, the tent stayed up and everything was very nice! Good job!!

Let the Festivities Begin!!

The tent guys arrived about 9:30 am Thursday and quickly began to lay the floor of the tent and then the sides. They know what they are doing!! It looks great. Notice that it's right beside our "No Tents Allowed' sign! Terrific!

Baby Shower!

I made a quilt for Linda's son's baby!!! The shower was at the Old Fairgrounds Golf Resort in Marstons Mills.

Fixing the Yard!

George and David Stocchetti have been hard at work leveling the driveway! For a while it looked like dueling tractors or bumper tag! It looks nice. Things are getting into shape. Now everyone pray for a nice weekend!

My Tree Man!

George rented a 'man lift' for the weekend and he's been trimming trees ever since. That chain saw on the end of pole looks dangerous to me, so I'll be glad when he's done! the yard is looking good though and much brighter! You'll have to click on the pictures to see them better. I also like that he can pull the lift with his John Deere!

Tall Ships in Boston

Linda and I took a bus trip from St.. Pius X Church on Thursday to Boston to see the tall ships. It was a beautiful day. We were first let off at Quincy Market to walk around and get some lunch. Then we got back on the bus to go to Commonwealth Pier. We got on the Provincetown II sight seeing boat. That took us on a 1 1/2 hr trip into the harbor to see the tall ships. They are so beautiful and well maintained. It was so nice to see the Coast Guard tall ship, Eagle, in by Old Ironsides! (you can see a tiny bit of Old Ironsides in the background) We had a great day!

Venice, Maggie Mae, and Marie

Let's check in with Venice and the gang. He has 2 'sisters' now. They both are rescue dogs. I don't know how anyone could just abandon these dogs! They love to ride in the car and 'stalk' the mailman!!
