Home Again!!
Just got in from Florida a couple of hours ago. When I went into the bathroom, this is the mess that I found. I couldn't believe it. It sure didn't look like that when I left. I thought we'd had a flood under the sink. NO! The faucets were leaking and George replaced them. I have beautiful new faucets now, but he thought I'd want to go through all this stuff to see if any of it needed to be thrown out! Gee, George, I'm very grateful for the new faucet but could you have put all that stuff in a box for me to go through when I got home!! I know what I'll be doing tomorrow!!

More from Quilt Show In Orlando!
A few more of the beautiful quilts from the Orlando Quilt Show! The bottom one is mostly done in thread! This lady has one or two quilts in almost every quilt show. She was actually in front of her quilt explaining how she makes her quilts. I posted several on my Nov. 2009 blog from the quilt show in Palm Beach. They are amazing!!!

Disney Marketplace!
Yesterday was a gorgeous day here in Central Florida. So, I decided to go out and enjoy it. I went to Disney Marketplace. It's a place to go and walk around with tons of shops, restaurants, and some entertainment. They had some parrots outside one of the restaurants for people to look at. They were very pretty. Then at 1:30 a Navy jazz band played for about 30 min. They were very good.

Birds of a Feather!!
I know this is a little difficult to see, but there are about 30 birds 'hiding' in this rose bush in front of our house. Each morning as I walk to the local store to get coffee, I pass these birds and they are chirping away oblivious to me. They are almost hidden because of their color and the lack of leaves and flowers on the bush. Click on the picture and maybe you can see them better. Nature is amazing!

A Surprise Visit!
On Thursday I got a call from my nephew, Mark saying that he and his wife, Judy would like to visit us. I hadn't seen them in several years. They had gone to Nantucket for Christmas and got stuck over there due to the storm. They were staying with an aunt nearby. I drove over and picked them up. We had lunch at Capt. Parkers and then they wanted to put some flowers on his mother's grave. His mother was my sister, Karen. She passed away in 1992. It was a very short but a nice visit with them. They flew back to Oklahoma yesterday.
